Carp Fishing Lakes In France

We are located in an idyllic part of France in what’s commonly known as the Golden Mile and just two and a half hours from the port of Calais. The lakes are situated in the region of Picardie, close to the historical towns of Soissons and Reims.
The village, Missy sur Aisne, is only a few minutes walk away where you will find our local bar/tabac and bakers.
Also we are only a 10 minute drive to the supermarkets & petrol station.

We have 3 stunning fully fenced ex-gravel pit lakes all with good stock to offer for your Holiday at Lac De Missy.

Our lakes can be booked for up to 5 Anglers but will take 6. For an individual booking or on an exclusive basis.

All of our lakes will suit the experienced angler as well as those new to fishing in France.

Since purchasing the venue in 2018 we have been working hard on improving the lakes and facilities ready for our guests.

On arrival I was greeted by the owner’s Paul and Karen, after a chat about the lakes and what bait and tactics have been working Paul took us around the lake we were going to fish (Willow). The walk around was absolutely spot on Paul told us every thing about each swim so no need to thrash around with a marker rod for to long. I would recommend the meal packages, the food was absolutely spot on and Karen went out of her way to make some different meals for us. As for the fish absolutely stunning, clean hard fighting carp my average stamp of fish was high 20s to high 30s. "An absolute gem of a venue. First visit to France with Shaun Holloway and was certainly not disappointed. Stunning carp with weights caught in the high thirty’s that take off like missiles. They fight like Tyson right up to the net. Pb broken with a stunning 38lb 8oz as of to date (May 2019) the lake 2 record. These fish will only get bigger and can not wait to return. The hosts Paul and Karen are first class and the meals are fantastic."
