Mandarin is a good size single swim that can accommodate two if needed and with its neighbouring swim Pekin can hold up to three.
To the front of Mandarin is a good amount of open water with a long margin to the right parallel with the split and a deeper channel running alongside with a gravel bar that runs from right to left to the front.
Depths range from 3 to 7 feet.
Distance: 3 to 17 wraps.
The lake bed is mainly gravel, chalk and clay with a thin covering of silt.
Mandarin responds well to heavy baiting to start then little and often over yellow or pink pop ups.
Pekin is a good sized single swim.
To the front of Pekin is a good amount of water with a lot of feeding holes and a gravel bar that runs from right to left to the front.
Depths range from 3 to 6 feet.
Distance: 3 to 17 wraps.

Pekin responds well to baiting heavily to start with then little and often over yellow or pink pop ups.
Teal is a short range single swim that controls the back corner of the lake and produces a lot of good runs.
To the front of Teal is a good amount of water with a lot of feeding holes and the end of the gravel bar that runs from Pekin.
Depths range from 3 to 6 feet.
Distance: 3 to 10 wraps.

Teal responds well to light baiting over a single hook bait bottom bait as well as yellow & pink pop ups.
Mallard is one of our large doubles and gives you a lot of room behind the swim for 2 larger bivvies.
To the front of Mallard is a good amount of open water as well as a margin to the right hand side that produces a lot of good runs, with a large number of feeding areas to choose from. This is the main highway for the stock across the lake.
Depths range from 3 to 6 feet.
Distance: 3 to 15 wraps.

Mallard responds well to heavy baiting to start and topping up as needed over a bottom bait and also yellow, pink & orange pop ups.
Rouen is the largest swim on Willow which is a double but can accommodate three no problem and with Mallard next door could take up to five as a social area with plenty of room behind the swim for all your bivvies.
To the front of Rouen is mainly open water which produces a lot of good runs. Many of our bigger fish tend to feed in this area with there being a lot of feeding spots along with gravelled areas.

Rouen responds well to heavy baiting to start and topping up as needed over a bottom bait as well as yellow, pink or orange pop ups.
Duclair is the best of both worlds – it is a single swim with a long and short cast option, plus a left side margin that produces a lot of good runs.
To the front of Duclair is a good amount of water with a number of feed holes and gravelled areas.
Depths range from 2 to 6 feet.
Distance: 3 to 12 wraps.
The lake bed is mainly gravel, chalk and clay with a light covering of silt.
Duclair responds well to light baiting over a single hook bait. Bottom baits as well as pink or yellow pop ups.
Double is a good size big double swim that will happy hold 4 Angler’s
( if you fancy it as a social swim ) and a lot of water in front of it to work with.
From 3 to 9 feet with a channel running along the causeway that produces a lot of big fish.
Range 3 to 18 wraps
The lake bed is mainly gravel and clay with a covering of silt.
Double responds well to baiting heavily to start then little & often.
Kev’s Corner is a good size single swim with its own hut & solar light to light up the front of the swim at night so no need to put a bivvy up.
To the front of Kev’s is a good amount of water ranging from 3 to 9 feet, and 2 good margins, don’t ignore them as a lot of our bigger fish come out no more then 2 rod lengths out.
Range 3 to 10 raps.

Cabin is a good size Double swim that has ample room for 2 full size Bivvys & 6 rods
(for the future we will be putting a 1 bedroom cabin on the swim that will be available to hire separately)
To the front of Cabin is a good amount of water ranging from 3 to 9 feet with a gravel bar running across the front of the swim and a number of feed holes

Cabin responds well to baiting over your spot little & often.
Shady is a good size single swim that stays a little cooler during the day hence it’s name.
To the front of Shady is a good amount of water ranging from 3 to 7 feet with a deeper Chanel running along the edge of the causeway that produces a lot of hits.
